Purple Wagon Designs Takes The Cake...

Step 1: Starry-eyed Visions

Submit your request to Purple Wagon Designs by calling Kimberly at 412-563-3849 or emailing her at kimberly@purplewagondesigns.com. Make sure to let us know your name, phone number, and the date and type of event your planning. If you have a stationery budget in mind, let us know that, too.

Step 2: Tell Us All About It 

Purple Wagon Designs wants to know all the details, whether you’re planning a wedding, announcing a birth, or hosting another special event. We’ll ask you a bunch of questions about your budget, time frame, what you like and don’t, your favorite colors and themes, and all the little things that will make your stationery unique.

Your consultation can be done over the phone, through email, or in person, if you’re in the Pittsburgh area, where Purple Wagon Designs is based. We’ll work around your schedule to make it convenient for you.

Step 3: Your Event, Your Choice

Following your consultation, we’ll write up an estimate and work request that outlines everything we’ve talked about. We’ll tweak it if necessary, based on your feedback. Sign on the dotted line, include 50% of the estimate amount, and Purple Wagon Designs is off and running for you!

Step 4: Our Favorite Part 

This is when the fun really begins! Working from what we’ve learned from each other, Purple Wagon Designs begins to craft a draft of your project. If your big day is your wedding, design of your Wedding Stationery Suite begins with the invitation.

You’ll receive an email from us with an initial design piece. Tell us what you love about it, what you dislike, what changes you have in mind, and we’ll keep working with you and the design until it is exactly what you’re looking for. Honest feedback is the key to this step; we won’t stop until it’s just right!

When we’ve found the perfect look for you, Purple Wagon Designs will incorporate your look into the other pieces in your stationery suite. Every piece will have a consistent and unified look, so that the moment your friends and family check the mail, they’ll know it came from you!

Step 5: Share The Love

Now we’ll print and deliver all the components of your stationery suite. If you’re local to the Pittsburgh area, we’re happy to meet you to hand-deliver the project. We want to see you smile! At this time, the balance of the invoice will be due.

If we can’t meet in person to make the delivery, the remaining balance – including any shipping costs – will be due before we can mail you your stationery.

Then comes the best part: Start sending and enjoy the “oohs and ahhs” from your loved ones!
